Jack Morton’s in-house Logistics team works on a global basis to ensure that live events deliver seamlessly for attendees—and clients. Our experience spans small c-level events and conferences for thousands. Our expertise comprises all aspects of event planning, including venue research and selection, contract negotiation, logistics management, exhibit sales and management, food and beverage, housing coordination, registration technology and destination services.

What does that look like in action? For a recent technology event, we handled over 19,000 registrations online and in person, booked 40,000 room nights, served over six tons of food at a single lunch—and exceeded client goals for exhibit sales and sponsorships.
